I got the gift box from Nurtured 9 and was really happy with how it looked when it arrived. The presentation was simple but still really cute, and you could tell everything was packed neatly and with care. From my experience, it made a really nice gift and felt thoughtful without being overdone. I do wish the outer packaging had been a little sturdier, but overall I was pleased with it.

The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, no real complaints there. But the delivery was stressful. It came later than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept checking it like five times a day while making coffee or walking past my front door. Not the worst experience ever, but the shipping part definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be

The site worked well on my phone overall. Pages loaded fine and checkout was smooth, so no big issues there. My main complaint is the sizing info was kind of hard to find. I kept looking around for it, and it took longer than it should have. The sizing details really should be easier to spot because that was the one thing that kept bugging me.

The return process was way more of a hassle than I expected. The wording made it sound like returns would be simple and quick, but that was definitely not my experience. My refund took forever, and I had to keep following up just to get vague replies that didn’t really help. I wouldn’t order again unless they make the return process clearer and actually easier.

I got this as a gift while I was pregnant, i used more of it than I thought I would. Some of the stuff was really practical, especially on those days when I was completely exhausted and didn’t want to think about anything. A couple items weren’t totally necessary for me, but that’s probably just personal preference. Overall though, it felt nicely put together and it was one of those gifts I kept reaching for here and there

It’s not bad, I just think it would be a lot better with more sizes, styles, or different product types

I ordered a personalized gift from nurtured9.com, it turned out really cute! The name was spelled right, and the little details made it feel extra special. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I wish the preview had been a bit clearer before I placed the order... I was a little nervous until it actually arrived. Shipping was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either, and the person I gave it to absolutely loved it, so overall, I’m happy with the purchase!

I’ve been happy with this overall. The scent is really nice—not too strong and it doesn’t have that fake, perfume-y smell that some products do. I also like that the ingredients seem better than a lot of other stuff I’ve tried, and it feels gentle on my skin. The only downside is that the scent fades a little faster than I was hoping, so I took off one star for that. Still, I’d say it’s a solid product and I’m glad I tried it.
